Ο Βαλεντίν Μπάρκο τα «ξανάκουσε» από το κοινό στο «Στάμφορντ Μπριτζ» έπειτα από την ήττα της Τσέλσι κόντρα στη Μπρέντφορντ με 3-0  για την 5η αγωνιστική της Premier League. Η πρώτη φορά ήταν κόντρα στη Λούτον Τάουν, όταν από άκρη σε άκρη το γήπεδο τον αποδοκίμασε έντονα.

Ο Αργεντινός άσος, δεν είναι ο πρώτος που «τα ακούει» στα αγγλικά γήπεδα. Η νίκη της Αργεντινής κόντρα στην Αγγλία στα ημιτελικά του Παγκοσμίου Κυπέλλου του 2026 δεν έχει ακόμα γίνει αποδεκτή από τους Άγγλους οπαδούς.

Οι πανηγυρισμοί των Αργεντινών μετά τη νίκη και τα όσα προηγήθηκαν με τις αψιμαχίες εντός του γηπέδου μεταξύ των παικτών, δεν φαίνεται πως έχουν ξεχαστεί. Οι φίλοι της Τσέλσι δεν διστάζουν να αποδοκιμάσουν σε κάθε του ενέργεια ακόμα και παίκτη της ομάδας τους και αυτό από μόνο του λέει πολλά.

Παρά ταύτα, ο Βαλεντίν Μπάρκο είχε μια καλή εμφάνιση σε γενικέ γραμμές παρά την ήττα της ομάδας του με τον Τσάμπι Αλόνσο να τον χρησιμοποιεί για 87 λεπτά.
